Radically different ideologies in different schools represent what makes America great, the fact you can have ultra-liberal and ultra-conservative institutions in the same country. Personally, I always thought that was what true liberalism was all about, the free flow of ideas, not adherence to a particular political/social viewpoint.
With that said, I'm glad this thread calmed down from its beginning when people were jumping down the OP's throat just for asking a question. Perhaps you will all get it out of your system now before LS, because nothing is more poisonous to a debate/conversation than when people blindly lash out. Yet maybe, some of you will audition for a cable news position and that characteristic will come in handy.
To the OP, go to the best school you can and if it happens to be more liberal than you, it will only make you sharper and hone what you actually believe.
