I believe Legal Writing is this semester from the course availability search.

Now that I finally have internet access at my apartment...I am in section 2...sniff sniff...if only we could have had an all LSD section.

I just sent it to you rowgirl.

yale05, it is under class schedules and you have a search engine to look up classes. I started randomly looking for classes such as "Torts" and only 3 would come up so it became pretty obvious which ones were which.

Well I went through agora and made up a spreadsheet of each sections hypothetical schedule, excluding Legal Reasoning because there were more than 3 sections.

Looks like all sections have a 9:00am class on T Th, and a class everyday at 2:00 with the class day ending at 3:05pm.

If you want the spreadsheet, PM me and I'll email it to you. I tried to copy and paste it in here but it just wasn't working.

You make a great point. Sooner or later I am going to need to get away from it all. I suppose it never hurts to have extra options.

Just wanted to revive this thread. It seems as though there should be more BC people around, but that might have been just in the "tell me where I should go phase" and now they are all gone.

Anyways, I was in Boston a week ago and found a place along the B line on Comm. Ave. It's probably a half a mile or less from Cleveland Circle if you know the area. Have the rest of you found places?

I'm also open for advice on the car issue. I was committed to bringing a car to BC, but this was somewhat based on the assumption that I would need one.  With the location of my apt, this need isn't quite so strong.  I'm curious as to whether the cost/hassle of having a car is justified at this point.

Boston College / Re: the best LSAT books/prep courses.....

I would try out the pre-law discussion area of LSD for more relevant threads.  This area seems to be more for those that are planning on going to BC.

With that said...people use a variety of different means to study for the LSAT.  I would say the first step is to take a full length practice exam and see where you are and where you want to go.  The "10 Actual LSATs" series is good..with various updates with more current exams. After a practice test you can know what you need to work on and then go from there.

Good luck.

when are all of you looking to move into the boston area and what are you going to do for the summer?  Even with my being very close to the school and area, I still feel a little pressure to secure something in June when a lot of apts open up...whether i do or not is another matter.

Why are you figuring in subway travel time as well? It is much easier to just drive directly to the campus...

I sent in my deposit to BC today.  Glad to finally have the decision behind me and I'm excited for BC.  I'm currently an undergrad in the Boston area so the move won't be a big deal. Due to family moving around, I'm "from" Denver and Maine. Most likely I'll be getting an apartment with my current roommates in the Brighton/Allston area, but that is still up in the air due to my delaying signing a lease in hopes of a wait list miracle.
