That is a really neat idea.

I would be an undrafted free agent in that scenario.  Probably relegated to the practice squad - playing in the law school equivalent of NFL Europe.

A T4 school is not a horrible thing, but rest assured most people applying to law school would bend and Heaven and Earth to get something better if they could.

Bend heaven and earth?  Probably not that, but I have to say it would have been an interesting decision to make.  I am pleased with my 4th tier school - it is coincidentally in a city with nice beaches and an NFL football team.

But I would have been sorely tempted not to go if I had been accepted at one of my reach schools - UTK, GSU, etc.  I don't know that the education would be any better, but the schools reputation/ranking/prestige probably would have made me feel a little more secure in borrowing the money for school.

Then I realize - it doesn't matter where you go.  Do well in school and network well - and you'll be successful.  Goof off and be shy and you're going to fall short of what you want to achieve.

Long winded post just to say - the rankings aspect is a little intimidating from my vantage point.  But I am thankful that I avoided the insanity of retaking the LSAT (hoping to improve) and second guessing all of my choices - and applying to a variety of other schools because they are higher tier schools.

I am going to the best school I could get into that has beaches and an NFL team.

Approximately half of the people going to law school are women, so golf is probably the perfect sport for a law career.  The handicap factor of different tee distances is a nice feature.

I just hope I'm not ridiculed for teeing off from the senior women's tee.

BTW - you'd have to be a total boob to go to a stripclub.

I bought golf clubs this week to prep for going to law school.  I thought that it would provide social opportunities now and later.  Especially since I am going to be living in Florida for the next 3 years.

I have already learned one important lesson - golf is like crack.  I have an ugly little addiction going.

Anybody else considering golf as a career/social tool?

Actually I haven't.  It seems like a good site though.

I always avoid being an abrasive jerk, and actually try to be nice.

Best regards!

Seriously, if your are unable to stay awake during normal activities, even when sleeping 7-8 hours, you may have a sleep disorder.  Best thing to do would be to consult a doctor if you feel like it is something serious.

Why do feel the bill is so bad?  I have been trying to find an actual text of the bill, but haven't had any luck yet.

My understanding is that if a debtor has income that is greater than the median income for his/her state that it forces chapter 13 for a period of no more than 5 years.

As a card carrying member of the DNC, I guess I have failed to understand why this is such a terrible bill.

What are your thoughts?

Bravo Defense!!!  Your letter is perfect!  3 huzzahs to you!
