Hello all. First off, I'm a Paralegal student, not yet a law student. I have a final tonight in a civil procedure class.
Can anyone tell me what the significance is about the distinction between a "past recollection recorded" and a "present recollection revived" when it come to refreshing a witness's memory? I'm a bit stuck. Thanks in advance 17

Jumboshrimps is proud to announce that he will be attending UMKC Law this fall. Yesterday's rejection from U of AZ made it official. It's been a long, anticlimactic process and I'm underwhelmed to finally be finished. I am, however, more than ready to get started and very excited for the move. Let the next phase begin!
