Acceptances, Denials, and Waitlists / Re: Northwestern ding

Would you mind posting your numbers?  I'm applying there and to the other Chicago schools...

Good luck with the others...my apps aren't even complete yet so you're ahead of the game.

Thanks!  Here's the numbers.  Like I said, no big shocker.

LSAT: 162
LSDAS GPA: 3.57

No shocker here... although I figured the interview (which I nailed) might at least land me on the waitlist.

Oh well, such is life.   ;)

Check this out:  Northwestern sent me their "You have an admissions decision on our website" email.  So, I go to check it... and I need an ID number.  I call Northwestern to see where I can find said number, and they tell me that they'll be sending them out via email this afternoon.

So... I get to spend my day knowing that there's a decision, but not being able to find out what it could be.

Good times.   ;)

Actually, this would be much worse if I wasn't 95% sure that it's a ding, but still... the drama!

Tier 4, because it's new.  I imagine, because all the other Big 10 schools are Tier 1/ Tier 2... it'll meander on that way eventually...  but I imagine that takes time.

As for East Lansing?  Decent college town, but no art/culture of any kind.  Basically frat parties and keggers.

Congrats.  I got in too and received a nice, handwritten note from the ass't dean.  Seem like solid people over there.

Way to go!  I got in there as well.  I hear nothing but great stuff about Madison.

Got my ding today.  No shocker.  Really glad I got some acceptances first, or this would suck.

I got accepted last year (and then had to put this whole law school thing off for a year, so I ended up not going anywhere) and if I remember correctly, I heard in mid-February.
