Arent grades usually the make or break factor for getting jobs and interships?
If you are falling behind in class, your putting your grades at risk. What good is going to some hot shot firm out of state, making a good impression and then when they ask to see your grades, it's "uh-oh" time.
If you feel that you will have some job offers to pick from, I'd stay put and work on class and grades.

), in 2000, I was told that none of my 32 credits hours would transfer and I would need to start my CompSci degree all over again. I said, "hell no", and stopped attending (I didn't drop out) and pulled a 0.5 on about 10 credit hours.
