Actually, I'm in the same situation. I'll be getting married this summer and hope to transfer to a school that actually has a lower ranking (not by much) than my current school.

I think it's just a ploy for the author of the 1982 book: Holy Blood, Holy Grail to get some free advertising. If it weren't for this suit, would anyone have ever heard of this book in the first place?

Like everyone else, I thought that E&E was very helpful for Civ Pro. I used Emmanuel's for Torts since it was keyed to my text and I thought I did fairly well in that class too. If I compare my grades in classes in which I used the commercial supplements and classes in which I did not, there was a significant difference. I personally think they are very helpful in understanding certain concepts when both the text and the professor are vague.

Yeah, I'd second that. Many lawschools do not have a "dead week" at all.
Our first final was the Monday after thanksgiving . What a way to spend a vacation. 5

I was talking to a few other law students the other day and came to the realization that all five of the gunners in the entire 1L class are in my section....

Still, we should try to keep this board alive in order to get information to students that are thinking of coming to FSU next year. It couldn't hurt. On that note, how is everyone doing in their classes? Overwhelmed yet? 9

Yep...they put a few tents around the place today...i guess its for the clubs to set up their tables for tomorrows events.
