I called them, I'm on a special waitlist for summer start (since I applied for a masters in Computer Engineering, as well).

That is $16,750 / year scholarship, with no minimum GPA requirement, good for 3 years. I guess thats 53% tuition..wow, better than I thought. I got this letter (in Kansas) 3 days after I mailed my tax returns, etc (from TX). So, I think they must have given me this without seeing my financial snapshot, which leads me to believe its not need based. The reason I can't provide actual details is that my school related stuff gets shipped to my parents perm address.
However, I filled out all the online FinAid stuff (FAFSA and that other website thing) as soon as I got it, over a month ago. Is this like the average package they send accepts? 154

Has anyone gotten their financial aid awards from BC? I was just wondering what was considered good/not so good, seeing that I got mine in the mail today. I guess anything is better than nothing, but I didn't know what to expect.
They gave me a ton of loan stuff, then $8375 / semester in scholarship...thoughts? 157

Iowa City is a helluva lot of fun. I'm not from Iowa, but I went to school in Ames at Iowa State, which is about 2 hours from Iowa City.
Iowa has a decent reputation, which is definately strong around those parts (seeing that the other one its compared to is Drake, lol). However, I'm 99% certain you're not gonna want to practice law in Podunk, IA
