I got about what I estimated.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: ANYONE ELSE UNHAPPY?

I'm not all that thrilled with my score, but it's what I expected.  I'm glad I didn't cancel because my score was within my practice range... or rather at the bottom of it.  Still, it could have been worse.  When I look at LSN, I'm near the top of the pile in index number for the people that applied for my first choice, so I guess I'm in decent shape.

156 for me... hopefully good enough to get into Wayne State, my first choice.

We cannot expect things to work a certain way just because they worked that way once before.  Ultimately we will wait as long as we have to.  I don't like it, but I'll deal with it, just like I've dealt with it thus far.  We'll all be fine, no matter what happens.

I've checked 4 times today so far.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: When Will The Feb. '06 Scores Come Out?

You gotta clean the grill while its hot!  Just take a thick paper towel and wipe it down...very easy!

Seriously, how did any of you survive without a Foreman grill in 3 years of college??? I LOVE mine...I'd almost trade it for my microwave.  Marinate some chicken breasts and throw them on the grill....mmm.  Of course I have since upgraded to an outdoor charcoal grill for the warm summer days. :)

Oh man I miss grilling.  Nothing is better to me than a steak cooked on a outdoor grill.  But unfortunately the high temp where I live was only 31 degrees today so i'll have to wait till around April to fire up the old grill.   :)

We have a gas grill outside that I'll use in 5 degree weather. It's in the patio and I just have to start it, warm it up, toss the food on, wait, flip, wait, then bring it in.  Most of that is done inside.  I just grilled up a steak on Sunday evening.  Yummy.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: LSAT and med school
« on: February 17, 2006, 06:39:26 PM »
I'd have love to have gone to med school, but that would require filling more prerequisites, and roughly 3/4 of the people that apply to medical school will never get in, as opposed to about 1/3 of people who apply to law school.  I love both law and medicine, but law was more in my cards.

Techguru, which school is your top choice?

Studying for the LSAT / Re: Feb. Test Cancelers..

I'm not cancelling either.  I stand by my test score, good or bad.  I put a good faith, honest effort into it and though it may not be the best, it's the best I could have done on that test.  I see no reason to hope for a better score on a later test.  Besides, I'd have to put off admission for another year, which I cannot afford to do.

I accidentally erased one word on the test out of instinct before I realized I was doing it.  After doing it for years, it's difficult to just switch to not doing it.  I crossed out the remaining errors.
