Do you really think oil is the motivation?

Wouldn't Mexico be a better source, they are very close to home. They also have massive untapped oil resources.

oil is a motivator; strategic geographic locale; much artillery already in place; much land to use as training camps; no on-hands u.s.intelligence personel; corruption of the u.n.; had a military dictator...not a theocracy...and a few other things.

basically money; land; and past, hovering, and future threats.

iraq has, by far, the most untapped oil pockets in the world with kuwait (if i'm not mistaken) a cool second...

Im not doin too much tomorrow but try to get some work done and watch Cal get in USC's ass.

Like the homie Kweli said, "life is a beautiful struggle"

i think cal will win tomorrow...i've wone with usc so far but...there's something about the golden bears i got a vibe about...

i had fun postin' on the wlsdb...it reminds me of a "yard sale"....

and the only difference between a "yard sale" and "garbage" is how close you place it to the street.

any thoughts on that, sire??

law school is like sailing a ship...f-ing tough as nails...choppy at times...and smoothe sailing sometimes...but i just go with the flow...and try to keep sharp.

i'm on worth st. and court st. most days...
and man..i really enjoy the diversity of nyc...ya it's a crazy place but it can be funand i know its tough when you go to a school where you have to deal with the b.s....

keep the wind to your back, man

sorry,
ms. ladyday...i just had to put my two cents into the wlsdb.
my headache is gone 8)
;)
I just got a headache after reading the last 3 pages of that wlsdb. It puts knots in my stomach to read the level of extreme racism, ignorance, and stupidity that some of our white counterparts have. Just like the other thread where some of our white "sisters" (not u Ruski, lexy) are in denial that AA has and does work for them. I say, none of us even look at that board and def not post. let them craposters continue that idiotic discussion between themselves. Some people just don't get it.

I thought this would be a good place for Euro-Americans to post and discuss questions about law school.

Two rules:

1.  No discussion of AA.

2.  African-Americans are welcome to post, but please, no racial slurs.  Thanks.

I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS?????

1.  IS IRELAND CONSIDERED PART OF EUROPE?

MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, WHO IS FROM DUBLIN ORIGINALLY, JUST RECEIVED CITIZENSHIP...BUT HE'S IS SORT OF CONFUSED...

IS HE NOW irish american or european american??

anybody have any thoughts on that??

2.   WHY WOULD THE WHITE LAW SCHOOL DISCUSSION BOARD NOT WISH TO DISCUSS AA...

I DON'T THINK THAT ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE ALCHOHOLICS OR IN DENIAL BUT, MY FRIEND...I THINK YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH YOURSELF.
ALCHOHOLICS ANONYMOUS IS A VERY VALUABLE ORGANIZATION AND WITHOUT IT A LOT OF WHITE PEOPLE WHO ARE ALCHOHOLICS GOT THEIR START INTO SOBRIETY BECAUSE OF ITS VALUE...SO WHY NOT DISCUSS IT...

IS THE PERSON WHO STARTED THIS BOARD IN DENIAL ABOUT SOMETHING??????

MY FRIEND,  IF YOU CANNOT DISCUSS AA YOU MIGHT HAVE A "PROBLEM"...IT'S OKAY, IT IS A DISEASE...AND YOU CAN TREAT IT BUT IT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME HELP...RIGHT NOW I KNOW YOU FEEL WEAK AND THAT'S OKAY TOO....BUT PLEASE GET SOME HELP AND I WILL KEEP YOU IN MY PRAYERS....REMEMBER DENIAL IS A SIGN OF SOMETHING DEEPER...THERE IS A WEBSITE YOU MIGHT WISH TO CHECK JUST GOOGLE "AA" AND YOU'LL BE ON THE RIGHT TRACK...AND THERE ARE MANY MEETINGS ALL OVER THE WORLD SO THERE IS HELP FOR YOU.

ADMITTING YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IS THE FIRST STEP AND AA IS A SMART START

3. ITS NICE THAT YOU MADE A SPECIAL INVITATION TO AFR-AMER. TO POST BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S NECESSARY TO MENTION "NOT MAKING RACIAL SLURS" AS ALCHOHOLISM IS A DISEASE AND DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH RACISM...

I HOPE YOU WEREN'T DRINKING WHEN YOU MADE THIS BOARD BECAUSE...IT SEEMS LIKE YOU MIGHT BE LOSING IT.
THEN AA, MY FRIEND MIGHT BE YOUR ONLY HELP...
AND YOU SEEM TO BE VERY FRAGILE AND SCARED...DON'T WORRY THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO FEEL WEAK.

GOD BLESS

i want to have a chance to pitch a few curves, and cut fastballs.
i've been needing to flow some rhetoric.  and i haven't read it...
i have a headache now and maybe playing that board is "ass...prime for whoopin'"...prime ass is just as good as asprin.

aye ms. muse

confession. Bluewarrior, I have NO idea what you are saying half the time. I feel like a retarded kid trying to learn physics. (not to say retarded kids can't learn physics or anything so please save the PMs on how insensitive I am to the plight of retarded kids. You guys should see some of the crap I get in PM. I'm not MEAN btw hmph) But I don't understand my grandmother half the time either. She has a thick Jamaican accent. She reverts to speaking patois English half the time LOL...I pick up bits and pieces then put it together LOL. That's how I approach your posts hehehe. But you're still cool!

it's all fine, my lass.

sometimes my sense of humor gets the better of me and, (like i said...i love words)
and i love to shake things up sometimes.  i'll try to be clearer.

all i was saying is that the race box is something that is part of the system...the powers that be.  and like any good pitcher in baseball you try to keep the opponent(batter) off balance... and as a good batter in baseball you make adjustments  to keep the opponent (pitcher) off balance.  that is how you make progress...and end result: the more you keep the opponent off balance the better your chances of winning...

when "practicing" the law and i call it "processing" or working the law....(now, i think???) you keep the opposition off balance.  as i'm approaching, and when, and i do mean when, i have my own "process" not "practice" the opposition will really have to make adjustments...because i will be "twisting and shifting" their equlibrium  that they'll want to get their hearing checked...it is "dangerously effective."

now watch...or lurk...ms. muse....
i'm gonna WORK THE EQUILIBRIUM of the wlsdb.  "that's white law student discussion board"...I'M GONNA PLAY WITH THE VERBS...i did not like the way they made your skin crawl...

when i see something like check a box re: race i just want to keep the people who put it on the application off balance...maybe they will check themselves.

and, i will REALLY try to write a little less obscure.

you are solid, my lass!
