I was about to respond to the OP's drivel, but the previous reactionary post was even more lame. Now I... uh... wow, forget it.
Oh god, what's even worse than being annoying? I visited a friend of mine NOT in law school a couple of months ago. I went out with his friends and I came to a sad, depressing realization. I can only talk or think about law school. I used to chat it up about all kinds of things. Now, all I can think is law school law school law school.
I agree. It just sort of happens. The work and studying, and the constant list of things you have to get done is always there, and you acclimate to it. The things you make a priority you fit in and get done, but everything else just fades out.
And it's ok to take an hour break to watch American Idol. Really, it is.
yer gonna spend entire weekends in your apartment, in your underwear, walking around in small circles, mumbling insane *&^% to yourself like: 'the defendant can implead a third party into the action if the third party is or may be liable to the defendant for some or all of the plaintiff's claim against that defendant.'
Me, I decided that such grinding wasn't for me. I stopped looking at my grades after first year. I made some friends, did some interesting side projects and didn't let law school eat my life.
