Over the past 4 months I've received more emails from Steve Jones than friends and family.

Yeah I've yet to hear back from half of my schools as well ... I took a gamble and withdrew from schools with an April 15th deposit before hearing from others ... Just got into Villanova yesterday so the gamble has paid off thus far.

Good luck on IU-B! Both schools have great placement in their respective region and neither have exceptional national appeal ... So would you prefer starting a career in the Mid West or the East Coast?

#1 Choice Case Western: Above the LSAT median and above 75th for GPA
#2 Choice Pitt: At the LSAT median and above 75th for GPA
Nova and Temple My LSAT is below the 25%, but I wouldn't be terribly upset if I was rejected at either since I have much love for Western PA
I look to be in ok shape at Marquette, but we shall see ...
I have a shot at some places, but this waiting is killing me

Wow ... That w/l at Suffolk angers me and it's not even my cycle. Were you confident with your PS?

An equal mix of overconfidence, stupidity, and writer's block made me apply late in the cycle. It's April (the season of seat deposits) and I've yet to hear from a school I actually want to attend. Starting to get a little anxious ... I check my email appx. 8,647 times a day and meet the mailman at the door.
Anyone out there going through this? Want to offer words of encouragement or discouragement, I'm not picky ...

As a fellow PA resident I'd go say Temple. From what I've read and heard it seems their grads have a wider range of opportunities.
PS When did you send out your apps? I've yet to hear anything from either.
Here's my favorite statistic: 100% of entering 1Ls believe they will be in the top 10% of their class.
I wanted to avoid clerking, but who knows where my priorities will be upon graduation. Thanks for the input!
Well Hofstra is just a safety school and the first to give me a response. The scholarship is $25k per year w/ no strings. My other apps went to: Baylor, Case Western (#1 Choice), Marquette, The OSU, Pitt, Nova, and Temple.
