how is BC on granting deferrals? Thinking of applying (fingers crossed for LSAT score), but don't want to attend until 2010.

Yeah...thanks for the "buck-up and be a man" advice, but I'm not just coughing a little bit. I've got a 102 degree fever right now and can expect to feel only slightly better on Saturday once the antibiotics kick in. More power to those of you that would down the NyQuil and go for it, I guess I'm not that tough. So, I'll be a wuss and take my chances with the Dec test and later application.

You'll get into both. Black male + 170 LSAT = as long as you don't write your PS in fecal matter and handcarry it to the admissions office wearing nothing but a potato sack, you WILL GET IN to all but HYS.

You will get in anywhere you apply, except maybe H/Y/S.
