I have a question about requesting a deferral of your admission.
If I am admitted to X law school with $Y scholarship, and I request a deferral to fall 2010, will my scholarship be deferred as well, or does that go out the window? 33

I am having trouble understanding why, exactly, blacks get a boost in admissions. Is it simply because, for some reason, we generally score lower on the LSAT? Anyone have links to any good articles expanding upon the whys?
