I am in court that often too. But... for other reasons. Damn man trying to hold me down.

Kidding of course. I have to sit in on cases for some classes and, occasionally, I will go watch court cases if there are any interesting ones being tried. The most interesting was a Psych Profesor who got busted for having a hydroponics pot setup in his apartment.

Furthermore, I was not scared off... just merely sleeping on the couch.

The dude with the beard is Jeff Daniels (Dumb and Dumber, God's & General's, etc.) I am in the Giants jersey. It is from my freshman year in college so it is a few years old.

Reassurance please. Either that, or tell me to get the notions of law school out of my head. Seriously.



I have heard stories of that class having negative effects on a few people's scores. I would say find a new study/practice technique and keep trying until you can get your practice scores up to a level where you can confidently apply to schools. :) good luck

good to hear.  i've never actually been to california before, but that school looks nice and it seems like they focus heavily on ip law.  i'm going to be visiting there in a couple weeks and i can't wait!

My step-mom did her undergrad there and I know she loved it. It is a pretty big sports school (She went to school with Brent Jones tight end for SanFran) and the people seem nice. Also, girls in California are gorgeous :) Good luck with your visit and stop by a In and Out Burger.

For me English is fun and, while its still challenging, it is my major and I tend to pull mostly A's and B's. However I hear you on this. I messed around my first few years so that doesnt count... but now I do pretty well. There was one class that no matter how hard I tried I pulled nothing but B's and B+'s. The really baffeling part was that I had already had advanced classes in this department which I go A's in, Sociology, and this was an intro class. If that wasnt enough my roomate's dad was the department head. I ended up with a B+ and was so pissed.

Anyhow... I think everyone has those types of classes. The ones who dont are from other planets. My vote is that moon around Saturn they just took photos of.
