Studying for the LSAT / October LSAT kiss my ass
« on: July 26, 2004, 04:27:52 PM »
I have decided not to take the LSAT in October. Instead I am going to take it in June. I need more time to study and want to wait till I am done with school before I take it. Here is the time frame, lemme know if I could do anything better here.

May '05 - Graduate with Undergrad
June '05 - Take LSAT and earn a bomb ass score
July '05 - Ready all my applications and letters of recommendation
August '05 - Apply to schools.

I will, of course, be applying for the next year.

Those are some good numbers to get rejected to schools like that man, I am sorry. I hope William and Mary comes through and accepts you. Good luck.

yep. looks like you're gonna have to let Jeff Daniels down easy...

I was told by a professor who I am pretty cool with that the first year is the ultimate test on any relationship. You have no time to do anything except school work. *sigh*

Bahahahaha!!! That was hilarious.

Seriously though, I hope I dont break his heart.  ::)

That's so weird! Last semester I had to watch this movie for a film class and I loved it. I didn't think anyone else saw it.  Weird.

"I picked you for the job, not because I think you're so darn smart, but because I thought you were a shade less dumb than the rest of the outfit. Guess I was wrong. You're not smarter, Walter... you're just a little taller."

~Double Indemnity

Great movie. Classic Film Noir... I love noir films. As if my name doesnt give that one away.

Well, I am relying heavily on one letter or recommendation to get me in to a good school. A letter from Howard Dean. But... I dont know how heavily it will weight because he doesnt know me that well. I would say a professor from your UG school who knows you well and can write a detailed letter about you is aluable in comparison to a letter from a famous person who just sort of knows you. Hit them with a combo move!

Madison is an awesome town. Very progressive and very liberal. I see no reason why a minority would have a problem fitting in there. I worked there for a few weeks on the Dean campaign trail and loved it. Even the frat guys at the clubs are cool. I will for sure be applying there.

Ok

Is Madison a loud area?

Well, it has a pretty rocking nightlife and downtown area but it is not that loud per say. The city is spread out over a large area.
