I am very concerned about keeping up my GPA and this is why I am asking about taking the job.  I am wondering if the experience I will gain as a law clerk for a 2 man firm is worth it.  I have no prior law firm experience and really would like to work for a mid sized to large firm doing work in civil litigation, health law, etc....
Will they look kindly on me clerking or is it not worth the time I could otherwise invest studying?

I am a ft 1L and am considering taking a PT job with a firm during the school year.  Any thoughts on this?  I am doing it for experience and as a resume builder and hope to work for a mid sized civil litigation firm after I graduate.  Thanks!

What kind of class rank does it take to get hired as a criminal prosecutor in a DA's office or in a Solicitor General's office in a place like Atlanta/Decatur, GA?
