Law School Applications / list of schools... is it too late in the cycle to be this aggressive?

Hey all,
Just got December LSAT scores back. Does anyone think it's too late to act on the following scenario:
-161/169 LSAT, 3.4 UGPA (t15 liberal arts, graduated in 2004)
-published novelist
-lots of extracurriculars since graduation
-law firm experience
Possible stretches:
-Cornell
-NYU
-Chicago
-Virginia
-Northwestern
-Columbia
-Penn
Possible mids:
-Vanderbilt
-Boston U.
-William & Mary (fee waiver)
Possible safeties:
-Brooklyn (fee waiver)
-Case Western (fee waiver)
-UC Hastings
-Temple (fee waiver)
(as you can see from this list, I'm assuming that schools will use my more recent, higher LSAT score.
At the end of the day I'd really like to end up in Boston, New York, or San Francisco. Ideally I would practice for 10 years or so, and then work my way into local politics.
Thanks again!
