i have a house for rent in the spokane south hill area. i am leaving to go to unlv law school, and i am trying to rent my house out, it will be available aug 1. it is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. i would like to get 1200 a month. 10 to 15 minute drive to gonzaga law school. good neighborhood, just remodeled.

I have a 3.4 / 162 and my wife has a 3.4 / 153. What should i do? I want to go to a top 100 school but she doesn't have much of a chance of getting in. I have considered her part time and me full time. Do you have any other suggestions?
