What's your ratio?  I usually spend another 3 hours on the same test analyzing it.

What would happen if I sent in a check with my name to pay his fine [otherwise, if the money is lost, i would not know]?  Is there anyway to do this?

Think of your self as the person working at the revenue office.  A check comes in, you may say the name of the person who received the ticket, but what good is that to this person?
How smart is this person, or better yet, how happy is this person with his/her job?  Will a city/county/govt. worker go out of their way to call you (if you had a phone number on your check)?  What makes you think they know where to apply the check?  They only know what their computers know, and most think computers run people.  (not the other way around)  This is where "supervisors" come to the rescue, but instead of going the extra mile, they push the button on the computer (password protected for supervisors) and it says "must return all payments with no reference to ticket number
back to sender."

Did you really need to ask that question?

My primary question was what I could do to get this paid.  Please read carefully next time.

i can just email the code to any email account.  if you have an AIM account, I can IM you the code.

if you graduate from a wisconsin law school, you don't have to take the bar exam.  you just need fitness.  this is only for 2 schools in wisconsin
