Law School Applications / How to politely debrief proctors about proper testtaking procedures?
« on: August 24, 2004, 04:04:26 AM »
I went to the Kaplan test site review center, and the one I am signed up for has consistently bad reviews (I should have signed up earlier). Anyway, I don't want to be an a-hole about it, but this is my damn LSAT we're talking about here (you know, that 80% of my admissions?). The reviews say the proctors are not very professional, and use an analog clock, and also cut off people a couple minutes too early. This makes a difference. I'm sure there are other people who might encounter the same thing. How can I suggest beforehand that a proctor use a digital clock that I hand them, or make sure no interruptions are allowed? The reviews consistently say that the proctors were not given the proper training, and did not seem to care. What should I say beforehand?
