This firm has a 5 year partnership track, which means you'd be making half a million after 5 years instead of 8.  Would you take this job even if you didn't like the city? 

I know, for example, it's illegal to lie to grand juries, in court under oath, etc.  When else is it illegal besides in a courtroom setting?  Is it illegal to lie to a federal/government employee if you're not in the position of needing to testify [e.g. informal preliminary investigations, etc?].  I'm thinking about Martha Stewart here, and how they said it was illegal to lie to federal employees.  Was she under sworn testimony when she made those statements, and would she have needed to be in order to be guilty of criminal cover-up?

I have ~8 minutes extra time the first time around on LR.  Should I spend more time on each question [so i'm basically using every second the first time], or save the time as one block to go over it the second time. 

What's your ratio?  I usually spend another 3 hours on the same test analyzing it.
