For me it would have to be Jeopardy.

The Price is Rights would be fun, too, although it's just not the same without Bob Barker!

I will definitely be stalking my mailbox for a scholarship offer over the next couple of days!

how about when to call if you haven't gone complete?  I sent my application to NYU on 1/7 and I still haven't gotten a complete email.

I love Baltimore.  I've lived here for four years and I will be really sad if I leave!  Even if I end up at Penn or GULC, I will probably either live there during the week and come home to Baltimore on weekends (penn) or commute every day (GULC).

If anyone has questions about life in Bmore, I'd be happy to weigh in. I can't say much about University of Maryland, although I did go on a tour and like it.  I'll be visiting again on April 4 for the Leadership Scholars interview.  I may end up at Maryland in the fall - it would certainly be the most convenient for me, since I live in Baltimore, my husband is in grad school here, and we own our house.

Choosing the Right Law School / Re: UPenn/GULC PI Scholarships?

On the Penn admitted student site, they have little bios of the current Public Interest Scholars.  It looked like most of them had a few years of experience working in public interest after college, but it was in a really wide variety of fields.

I am also curious to know when these scholarships are decided - I applied to both as well :)

I asked to get put with a student host. I'm only staying Friday night, and I personally just didn't see the point in paying for a hotel room.

My first cold preptest score was 161.  Then on the official first diag at my Princeton Review class I got a 163.  My actually LSAT score was 174.

I think with your URM status and the fact that you are a female veteran, you'll get some love from a few of those schools.

I live close to DC, too. (Baltimore)

I wonder why no love for me?

Maybe the post office hates me.  That would also explain why my Penn Toll Public Interest Scholarship application (that I sent on monday 2/11 and was due fri 2/15) seems to have been lost in the mail.
