Generally, Temple > Villanova/Rutgers (not sure how these two compare to each other) > Drexel.
Of course, it depends on money, too. Drexel seems to be off to a good start, but that's part of the problem - it's so new still. They've done a good job using the usual Drexel network in Philadelphia, but when you don't have alumni, it's that much harder to place your graduates. I don't know much about Rutgers-Camden, but it seems to attract some very smart people and generally has a good rep. Still, of the four, Temple places the best in the Philly market. Unless Villanova offers you a ton of money, I wouldn't even consider it since it's roughly equal to Temple and Rutgers-Camden in terms of quality but way more expensive.
