For out of state students, the difference is only $6K/year for a total of $18K. Just to be fair... I'm in-state, so to me the difference is huge. But even so, $6K/year is nothing to sneeze at when the quality of the two schools is pretty much the same. 104

You keep hearing Temple even though Villanova's stats are pretty much the same because a) Temple grads dominate the Philly market; and b) Temple is way more affordable than 'Nova for an equal - if not slightly better - education.

The really short version is: I have a tattoo of the Greek word logos, which means "word", but (and I probably don't have to explain this to anyone here) it also signifies logic, reason, language, etc. Anyway, I talked about how all of these things relate to the study of law generally, to my interest in law specifically, and to my broader intellectual interests. 107

I actually wrote about my tattoo in my personal statement. I figured it was a good way to stand out, as schools probably don't get too many aspiring law students talking about their body art and its connection to their desire to study law.

Need Access was the most invasive battery of financial questions I've ever had to answer in my life. I could elaborate on what I thought was so ridiculous, but you guys have covered most of the bases. Did anyone else laugh when they had to list their parent's assets? How many times can I say "Poor" lol. TITCR. I can't wait for them to learn how much my mom's double-wide is worth.

Without even thinking about it, I'd go to Temple if I were you. It's got the best reputation of that bunch, and it's super affordable - as law schools go. Easily the best choice you could make, I think.
