Just a little side note, U Mich actually has a room for teleconferencing set up that they tour as helpful with preliminary job interviews in far away states.  Well, I don't actually know if they show it to potential law students, but it is there.  Probably not standard, but there might be other schools with similar things.

What about D?  The conclusion is wrong because knowing how many people believe politicians should resign ONLY if convicted and how many believe politicians should resign if they are indicated says nothing about how many people think politicians should resign if convicted.   Therefore, information about "two different specific beliefs" are being used to support a conclusion about a third belief (how many people think politicians should resign if convicted).
