I guess they forgot about the nondelegable duty doctrine from Torts 1?

The worse I think I did, the better I allways do, the better I think I did, the worse I actually do, been that way for five years. Its over, move on and worry about when you get your grades, no good to worry about it now.

OMG, thought I was the only one like this; I practically HOPE to feel like I failed b/c then I usually ace, lol.  I'm sure there's something wrong with me  :-\

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that reverse psychology is the safe haven for all law students.  And I felt okay about property, so I'm screwed.

Conditional acceptance.  Top 2% at T4.
Unfortunately, I have my property final in 90 minutes.

First, to those who have gotten emails, stay strong through finals no matter what.  If you're thinking of transferring, you must be doing well, so keep it up.

Second, I don't mean to pry, but is it a denial or deferral?

I'm going to regret saying this, I'm sure, but excepting pernicious conveyances, property might be the easiest subject this year.

I called them today and was told that no one was, nor is going to be, accepted EA (apparently the bar is much higher EA than RD) and that all of our applications had been pushed to RD. We should hear in late June or July. They are going to send out emails in the next couple days with the details, they said something about requiring the transcripts to come from lsac or in electronic form since they are finally going completely green and that all of us who applied EA should get quicker decisions.

If you bought any of that then you are way to stressed about this or give this site way too much credibility. Its time to focus on finals and quit worrying about an admission that, if it even comes, is going to be contingent on an equally strong performance.

I hope you don't get into WUSTL...with stupid commentary like that, you should be going to a more gunner/troll friendly school.  This thread had been free of stupidity; it seemed like a microcosm of what I heard WUSTL was like.  Thank you for ruining that for all of us.

They're things that come from emanations and penumbras after you've dropped a bad hit of acid.

The Army is really good about having even graduate-level programs available to personnel and spouses at every base.  Even when we were in Iraq, you could go take the LSAT/MCAT/GRE in Kuwait.

I'd say something, but we don't cover AP in Property 1
