Incoming 1Ls / Re: Threatened By LSN Member

How do I approach this? What do I tell them?

Are they going to believe me? Or think something is wrong?

If I were in your shoes, I'd use the phrase "identity theft" without going into specifics.  It lends credibility due to its increased presence in our society, and at the same time, you don't have to mention LSD, LSN, or internet anything.

I agree. I'd say that it's come to your attention that someone has stolen your identity, and you would like to make sure that they don't use the information at the schools where you have been accepted to cause mischief in any way. Ask for them to put that a SSN or LSAC # is needed. I'm sure they have encountered this before. I wouldn't mention the internet if at all possible.

I stink at Scrabulous.  So far I'm 1 for 4.  Briolage was the last to beat me.  She's so mean!

I'm 10-4, but I think I've just been lucky a couple of times. It is way too addictive, though.

Hey Dot... did you see someone got un-deferred at FSU?

Did the original deferral say when people would likely start hearing?

Something tells me that if some of the people posting in this thread had their way, there would be a lot of Dr. Drew bump.

Mmmm.... Dr. Drew bump.

Why? How tall are you?

I'm about 5'2". I usually wear pretty tall shoes, though.

I'm not that tall.  ONly a little over 6ft1.  Irrx is the giant.

That's still tall to me!

I'm not liking the sound of the square bagel. ???

They are softer than normal bagels. I'm not sold on them, but they aren't as bad as their shape would suggest.

I'm not convinced that Minnesota exists either.

Them's fighting words.

<--remembers you're really, really tall and hides

I like an everything bagel because it's got everything.  YOu know, except fruit.

Have you ever had a square bagel? They are good for making sandwiches.

There is no such thing.
Do not doubt its existence.

In Minnesota there are many bagels which should probably not exist. Now there are lots of bagels, but we used to really not have any. The poppy seed ones that the grocery store made had about 3 poppy seeds on them. But there were some atrocious flavors. I was also horrified by the food coloring in the fruit flavored bagels-- blueberry bagels were bright blue.
