On the other hand, if I had said that Harvard said "We did not receive no one's score," and LSAC said "We do not not believe that Harvard was not telling the truth". Then I would know for certain that Harvard did not receive my score.

CORRECT! It is impossible to know for sure whether or not they received my LSAT score. It's ambiguous. Good job.

I called Harvard to ask if they received my LSAT score and they responded with: "We did not not receive no one's score". Upon calling LSAC to confirm whether or not this was true, LSAC replied "We do not not believe that Harvard was not telling you the truth."

Did Harvard receive my LSAT score or not?

Sure!! I'll scan you a copy of the October LSAT even though it's the biggest violation of LSAC policy, let alone impossible to attain a copy before it's publicized. I mean WTF?!? I just had to bump this for being the world's stupid law school applicant request. I really hope this guy never made it through law school.
