If you have a Brooks Brothers outlet near you they have suits that are deeply discounted from normal price... I once got one for $350 + tax.

Definitely go to a game in the Swamp (or any of the big SEC stadiums) if you get the chance.. although I'm not sure how fired up everybody will be for Hawaii.

People will be more fired up than they are for the other whipping boy teams since it is the season opener...

Law School Admissions / Re: Same Law School as Undergrad

I really don't see you going to the law school at your undergraduate institution being an issue. Hell it would probably even raise your stock when dealing with Michigan alumni, but I doubt it would hurt you in any way, except maybe in Ohio  :D.

I am, my numbers are a lot less competitive than yours though...

Law School Admissions / Re: will my acceptance be rescinded??????????

Probably not... the only condition that most law schools seem to add with their offers of admissions are that you furnish them with a final transcript showing that you have indeed graduated.

The Dean said yesterday that the median lsat changed from 158 to 157, which is why the rankings dropped.  Also, the employment rate after graduation dropped from 93% to 90% causinng a drop as well.  He was critical of the formula used by US news.

How was Accepted Student Day? I don't live in FL so I wasn't able to attend on the short notice I had. Definitely would love to hear anyone's experiences there yesterday.

etermerian (sp?)  went - ask him!

Isn't etmerian a she?

Lol yes she is.

Its been relatively bad news for me the last week, I got rejected from Case Western & Emory and have been wait listed at UF.

In other news though, I will be heading to Tallahassee next Friday for their ASD.
