$300 is way too much, you don't need to commit to anything this early. I got two tickets that were pretty damn good to last year's game for $30 each by sheer luck. A couple friends of mine got tickets in the same section from a scalper for $75 each. Hold out and some opportunity will present itself...

You might be able to swing a full tuition ride at Kentucky. I got $33,000 over three years there with inferior numbers to yours, but I would have been an out of state student. I feel like with a 3.95/166 you would have a greater than 50% chance at Vanderbilt and similar schools, but I don't see you getting much in the way of merit based financial aid at those schools...

I applied and was admitted to Kentucky. I think its a good option if you are sure you that you want to work in Kentucky, but assuming you score in the range that you have been testing at you definitely need to throw some apps out to school in the T14.

UF=UM in South Florida. Miami probably offers an advantage because of networking opportunities, but nobody down there shuns a UF degree. UF is still king in Florida.

Well I just got an email about financial aid and I can now log in and pay the $200 5/23 deposit, so hopefully that means I'm in off the hold list.  I'll have to call tomorrow and find out what's up.  Good luck to everybody else, hopefully we're seeing some movement for those of us on hold.

Should I send an updated transcript with my spring semester's grades directly to schools where I have been wait listed or to the LSAC for processing and dissemination through updated law school reports? I am graduating in August...
