Personal Statement / LSAT addendum

Does anyone have an LSAT addendum they could PM me to give an idea of the format? I went 154-161 due to really being off on the first testing date, room was so hot i broke a sweat that never went away (some stress i am sure a lot heat of the room) and just not feeling into it. I am not sure what to write, but I really need them to overlook the first one, as it was very unrepresentative of my scores. Actually, 161 was about 7 less than my average but I gotta deal with that, I also misbubbled some of the games on the 154, two of them to be exact and LSAC would not handscore, any ideas?

Hello, I've read several personal statements over LSD and I am willing to do it again. I am about 90% done on my first draft, feel like I need to get Apps in soon, so if you send me yours and are willing to read mine within a few days or so, I am willing to swap for sure. I've read 7-10 on here before and feel I do a good job of critiques, oddly, its easier than writing your own I think! Send em this way if you game for a swap.
