Basically Testmasters got butthurt cuz their best teachers left and started their own company with a better lsat prep course (Blueprint) so they sued them on technicalities and are now celebrating that people will have to use their inferior course instead.
Moral of the story: @#!* Testmasters.

Even if Ohio State loses to USC, it's very possible they'll get back into the BCS Title game; the SEC and Big 12 champ will very easily have one loss.
I agree, though my reasons have everything to do with OSU getting more respect than they deserve. Look at the Big 10 competition...Illinois, Wisconson, Michigan... none of these teams are anything special. If Ohio State makes it back to the title, they will lose to Florida, or Georgia, or LSU.
Wisconsin is a preseason top 10 team. Penn State (which you didn't mention) is #13. Illinois is coming off a Rose Bowl appearance. Michigan kinda sucks, but their rivalry game is always big.

USC will crush OSU and OSU will still manage to get back into the top 5 simply because the Big Ten is weak.
USC is incredibly overrated going into this season. I have a feeling OSU is going to blow them out.

Wait, you got a full ride at Brooklyn? If that's the case that'd be hard to pass up. Also, since you'd been in Madison for 4 years already I guess you wouldn't be sad about missing the fun things like college football

The whole "regional school" crap is blown out of proportion. If you are at a T1 and you have a connection to a region (ideally you grew up there, your parents live there, or some huge connection) you shouldn't have a problem working in that region even if your school is elsewhere. Look at the websites of firm's you are looking to work at and see if anybody went to school at Wisconsin (for the NYC firms). Chances are you will see a few sprinkled in. Also keep in mind self-selection bias (most students at UW grew up in WI, and plan on remaining in WI post graduation). The book Guerrilla Tactics for Getting the Legal Job of your Dreams has a chapter on out-of-region job searches, so check your library (or purchase the newest version, which is the one that includes that chapter) and read up on it. Given that, I'd recommend UW cuz your experience will be far superior.

I am lookig for law school that have a focus on www.estatesettlement.com. Have you heard of any prof. who are the best in the field of probate and estate settlement?
I would not persist in this, friend. It's not well received around here.
Hah, he'll be banned soon enough. In the meantime let's laugh at the horrible grammar in spammy mcspammerton's post.

Just as long as there's no goucho pants. Truly the worst feminine style in the past 10 years. Almost as stupid as those new men's button down shirts with the back flap. I think they're designed for sailing and douchebags.
Mad that girls love Abercrombie, eh?
