For Torts this seems pretty easy. You just break it up into pieces, like battery is 1)intentional infliction of a 2)harmful or offensive 3) contact. Crim is pretty easy when you can use the MPC. But how do you do this for Contracts? When there is a UCC provision I understand how you would apply facts to the rules, but what about in common law? For example, can you break down a topic such as misrepresentation into elements? It doesn't mention this in my casebook, just the holdings of cases and the occasional Restatement/UCC citing.

Anyone know anything about these? Are they any good? Are they worth it? They seemed like a good idea to me in theory, but then I saw the prices and let's just say I'll only get them if they are really that great.

As much as Hastings gets talked about on this board, I'm surprised there isn't a Hastings accepted students thread. If I don't get any more acceptances and I don't get off my waitlist (or potential future waitlists), I will be Hastings bound in the Fall. So, who else is ready to live in The City, go to school in The 'Loin, live in The Tower, and spend Sundays in the fall watching the 49ers play at The 'Stick?  ;D

Anybody care to discuss the OSU Moritz College of Law? It appears to be one of the least discussed T1 school on this board.
