Studying and Exam Taking / Sample Property Exam Questions
« on: April 02, 2009, 06:46:59 PM »
Hi,

Does anyone have any sample Property exam questions that
they'd be willing to share? Or know where I could get some?

I know that exam questions & model answers vary a lot from
professor to professor; I just wanted a general idea of the
types of questions one might see in Property.

I've also ordered a copy of Siegel's Property and will
hit up some 2Ls, but was hoping someone on this board might
have other suggestions -

Also, have you had to make use of your warranty?

If so, what was your experience?

Finally, please try to keep it civil, especially you Mac-bashers. Posting about compatibility issues that some of your Mac-using classmates had is fine, posting about how Macs are worthless "toys" is a waste of everyone's time.

Does anyone here have experience with students loans
for part-time J.D. programs?

Specifically, does the government count your income
and/or savings against you?

How do private lenders factor these things in?

I hope to keep my current job while in school.
I make good money, but wonder if my employer might not
take very well to me going to law school part-time.

Am also wondering if lenders expect me to use up
all my savings before they'll loan me money.

I would rather have a cushion ...

Law School Applications / Cardozo Evening Program - No more?
« on: September 18, 2007, 09:32:47 PM »
Didn't Cardozo use to have an evening program?
Or did I imagine it?

Half-way down the Cardozo FAQs page, http://www.cardozo.yu.edu/admissions/faqs.asp, I see this:

Quote
Does Cardozo offer a part-time evening program?

No, Cardozo does not offer an evening program.  Our part-time program is a day program and begins in May. It is part time the first year and full time the last two years. Further information is provided elsewhere on our website.

Has it always been this way?
