I am also thinking of embarking on the cancellation boat. I took the Sept 07 test, did horribly (for me), a 158, was scoring in 164 range. Worked really hard, got my PTs to 169 range, and feel like I bombed this test. Last time the RC did me in, and this time I feel bad about the RC (although I'm not sure because I haven't been able to determine which section is the experimental) and also the games, which are usually solid for me, 0 or -1.
I'm looking at these numbers now, that I had to basically blindly guess on:
2 or 3 LR
5 RC (if this one was not the experimental, I had 2 RC)
3 or 4 games
plus the ones that I would have got wrong in the first place.
Any ideas of what I should do? Should I wait to see what I got? Cancel and just deal with the low score? My biggest issue is that I live in Northern Cal, and can't really leave for another few years, my husband just started law school here, so my options are limited.
Any advice would be most appreciated!

just listened to the Kaplan report - their results say that Saturday's test had 3 different forms, and I imagine that a handful of those seconds were repeated on today's Monday test.
still trying to understand which RC was scored on the Shabbat observer test, if someone can figure that out.

I felt pretty bad for the girl from another country that just moved here and thought that she wouldn't need to take the test...or the older man who asked me if they would be supplying writing utensils.

maybe they assume that all Jews who observe shabbat would NEVER do something like that?

just realized that some of my Shabbat sections were the same as Saturday people - did anyone else realize this?

HEY EVERYONE -
just took the Monday Shabbos test - my test was LR RC RC LG LR - first RC was ridic, second was easy, games were SLIGHTLY harder than usual, LR was normal.
I usually get 165-169 on tests, a little disappointed with my performance on this one...
Does anyone know what the experimental was? Or which would be more telling is which RC is scored - my combined passages were about weeds and the second was about gvt subsidized art.

Looking for some advice if it would be weird to add some personal information into my application. I'm from NY but just moved to Northern Cali with my husband who just started medical school. That being said, I have to limit my options of where I can apply because I can't see myself moving away from my husband (I'm sure other people have made that decision, but I'm not in favor of doing that).
Do you think an admissions committee would find that ridiculous if I mentioned it? Basically... I can only apply to about 4 schools here which makes a big difference to my application process.
Let me know what you think...don't be mean!!

I'm applying to UC Davis and UC Hastings - both apps were supposed to be open on Oct 1st, and it's still saying no apps for me on the LSAC website.
Anyone having this same problem?
