Law School Admissions / BU e-mail
« on: March 24, 2008, 04:39:18 PM »
Did anyone else who had not been previously notified of a decision get an e-mail that started:

Congratulations again on your acceptance to BU Law!  If you are interested in joining us at our March 28 Open House for Admitted Students...

I'm wondering if it was mistakenly sent to me.

I went decision, and my index is pretty high.  Not sure what that means, but hopefully it will be positive news.

assuming your LSN is accurate, that may be the definition of yp.

Great. When you get there this fall, tell your football coach to pay up. He owes my school $4 million. ;D

lol. He can't. He won't be able to make a BCS bowl and earn extra $ for UM b/c Terelle Pryor is a jerk... I mean Buckeye.

Seriously though, nice job Tetris, I enjoyed it.

i just went to decision today as well, w/no email. being a 170/3.55,  i think this is a little surprising ( assuming that no email today means im rejected/waitlisted), given that ive gotten into schools w/higher gpa/lsat medians.

i have similar numbers and feelings about this

Stats for those who went to decision on the 21st/22nd:

166, 3.56
167, 3.63
166, 3.75
166, 3.50
171, 3.35
167, 3.81

Doesn't look good for us considering the stats and lack of e-mails.

Who knows! They could be adopting a different style after lurking on these threads :)

Oh, if only that were true... :(
