Law School Discussion

If post-conviction DNA samples hadn't already exonerated so many people, I might find myself on SCOTUS' side on this one.  But it seems to me (in my very limited and flawed 0L understanding of the 14th Amendment) that its been shown to have so much potential for innocence-finding that it has to be a part of due process.

I will try to talk about this tonight with my fellow McDonald's burger-flippers.  Methinks it will be a lonely conversation.

While perhaps not ban-worthy, I've got no problem declaring behavior like SUCK's here actionable.  Griefing other posters by repeatedly antagonizing them with unsubstantiated accusations only detracts from the board.  I'd fully support warnings, and maybe eventual bannings after repeated warnings, for this kind of thing.

Exactly!  The diet is the best sweet tea on the market (sugared or sugar-free!).

Speak to some SLU and Wash U grads if you're lucky enough to have the chance.  The conventional wisdom in STL is that you've got just as good a shot here with a SLU degree as with a WUSTL degree.  I'm not endorsing that myself, but I do think that there's more to look at here than the ranking.
