cuz registering is a pain in the ass. Everything on the net requires you register for summn so hey I never do unless I have to or have the time to.

we-e-e-ll I was thinking of things such as toiletries and perhaps your phone bill and other incidentals...as far as I know that wouldn't be covered by whatever scholarship/fin-aid you have.

General Board / work during law school
« on: July 16, 2004, 08:53:12 PM »
I was just wondering whether or not most law school students work during law school. It seems like a lot of people go to law schools w/ loans and/or scholarships but from the work load it seems as if work is pretty much a no-no, so how do people get that spare cash? As far as I know there are no stipends like grad school...?

Tulane definitely. Free? Hell yeah, better career options than the others...most def. Higher ranked...clearly...I could go on...

Where should I go next fall? / Re: Florida Intl Univ

One thing to keep in mind though is that since they're only 2 years old, you have virtually no alum network to speak of. I'm also thinking you're limited to the state, maybe that part of the state since my reaction when I got their info was..."FIU has a law school?? Really?"

Reviews, Visits, and Rankings / Cornell...who's been? whatdya think?
« on: January 04, 2005, 01:45:03 PM »
Well the title pretty much said it all.

Has anyone been, how'd you like it. What do you think of job prospects also? I know it's small but I just don't seem to come across a lot of Cornell grads about the place.

Also comparisons to Georgetown and Washington and Lee?

Thanks

Law School Applications / Re: Applying in December/January
« on: December 30, 2004, 06:46:20 PM »
Can I just say that re applying via LSAC from each schools individual site, the LSAC actually saves your info so you really won't be entering info repeatedly, the only thing diff is that you'll be linking from each school's website. For me saving the 54 bucks was worth it definitely.
