Looks like last year they posted it on Oct 1. I'm still not seeing it on LSAC. Anyone know what's going on with it?

I love the program and it fits in great with my yearly schedule, it's pretty much my top choice. But I've been reading on here about people getting off the waitlists at great schools in June/July/August. So what to do? Do I risk committing early to MI and then hearing from Harvard in june? What have people in previous cycles done in terms of taking themselves off the waitlist to commit to schools?
My vote goes to Columbia: dean's cert, "Personal Bio Sheet." You're columbia, and if you asked us to collect our pencil shavings for three weeks and send them in, we would. But there's 8,000 of us applying for <400 slots, so you're wasting most of our time with your special needs.
