Studying for the LSAT / Kaplan LSAT course- your thoughts

I am thinking about registering for the LSAT course with Kaplan and want to know what your thoughts are if you've already taken it. Has it proven to be useful? Did you find the materials provided helpful? Did you use supplementary materials such as the Powerscore Bibles? What studying materials should I purchase? How far in advance did you study and for how many hours each day? Your input is appreciated.

Law School Applications / Transcripts required from study abroad?

I studied abroad in my junior year for a semester and the credits are listed on my transcript. Do I need a transcript sent from my abroad institution to LSAC?

Law School Applications / Resumes--what sort of format should it be in?

I'm in the process of creating a resume for my applications and am not so sure how a law school resume ought to be. I understand it is different from a work resume. I also understand that I should focus moreso on honors, awards, etc if I have little full-time work experience. I also have gaps in my work history (i.e. 6 months before and after my full-time position) which I explain in my P.S. as I had a justifiable reason behind this.
