Thought I'd ask this to all of you pros who have been to the Forums before. I'm going to the one in Houston in a few weeks, but am I expected to bring anything? I realize that law school reps will be there, and when talking with them, is it appropriate to have a resume or something?
As well, business casual wouldn't look out of place, would it? Thanks for the help!

South Texas is on my list of schools to apply to for Fall 08 as well. From what I hear, they've got a pretty strong rep in Houston. With that being said, UH grads typically will get the first look, but ST is def not a bottom feeder school by any means. They're just overshadowed by the bigger law school across town.

I went with symbol 5pt. If you make it too easy on them, they think you're a pushover.
Haha, good stuff. Thanks for the laugh

I was working on my PS today for a couple law schools but am unsure about the font size. Some schools specify at least 11 or higher, while others make no mention of it. Should I just assume 11 is the status quo and go with that, or would it be a good idea to individually e-mail each school and find out?

Thanks for the help. Let me ask you this question though, in regards to the applications that each law school requires, there's an area at the end that requires each applicant to sign their name. However, if I submit my apps online, I obviously can't sign them. Any idea on what to do in this situation?

So I'm looking at a few different law schools and am interested in getting my application in as early as possible. I took the LSAT in Sept, have all my letters of rec and transcripts in, so all I need to finish up are my PS and resume and submit all the apps to have completed files.
My question is, some schools mention applying by Nov 1 for EA, while others refer to it as ED. My question is, which one is "binding"??
Thanks for the help!

I've been trying to figure this out the past couple of days and have been getting stumped. Let's say there's the following set up in a LG question (this is obviously a much more simplified version):
There are 8 houses, with 4 houses on each side. House 1 faces House 2, House 3 faces House 4, etc. They each have only one color light in their driveway: Red, green, or blue. The following conditions apply:
House 1 has a green light
House 2's color is not the same as any house adjacent to it.
House 6 and 3 match up if both their colors are blue.
Now what I can't figure out in these types of problems is the adjacent wording. Does that mean no houses on each side, or across from, or diagonal can have the same colors?? I always assumed that no house to the left and right, diagonal, and across was what adjacent referred to...but I think I might be wrong.
Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it!!

So I've been looking over Arizona State's website and I can't find any mention of the application cost to do ED. I know if I went the regular route, the app fee is $50...but I assumed it was higher if I decided to do ED by the start of November.
I've e-mailed several people at Arizona State and have heard nothing back yet. Does anyone know the cost of applying for ED at Arizona State?? Thanks for the help!

Congrats to ya'll. It sure must be nice having heard back already! Now I just need to take the LSAT and then send the apps off at the start of October...but congrats again...you'd better be out celebrating!!!

How ya'll doing? I've just put the finishing touches on my PS to Arizona State and wanted to see if I could get some help with it. If you're willing to look over mine, I could do the same for your PS too.
