Start working on your personal statement
 I started very early; it gave me the luxury to put it away for awhile in between drafts. I was able to look at it with a fresh pair of eyes, which I think helped with the final draft. Good luck!! 13

Could someone break down approx. commutes to law school from some of the other popular neighborhoods (i.e. River North, Bucktown, Old Town). Also, are there any areas that are less expensive than Streeterville that are still within a reasonable walking distance (in the warm months) from the law school?
My husband and I will be looking for a 2 bdrm and would prefer to be paying less than 2k for rent. Thanks!!! 18

Don't forget that while Stanford is not in a "real city," it is a fairly short Caltrain ride or drive away from San Francisco, which is easily my most favorite city.
Today is also sunny and in the 60's in downtown SF
