Minnesota invite email despite bombing on the LSAT (156).  What's up with that, do they just send one to everyone?

I'm in a pretty similar spot.  I got a 156 despite being in abot the 160 practice test range and I wasn't happy about it.  I really didn't have much time to prepare for it though (graduated at the end of May and I was very busy wiith finishing up school so I only had a little over a week to study).  I'm retaking in September.  If I am able to pull it up to the low 160's then a lot more options are opened up it seems.

Soome schools in big city's to look at in the low T1 or T2 range are: University of Houston, American, Catholic U., Maryland, St. Louis, Marquette, SMU, Loyola (Chicago), Tulane.  I don't really know what good schools care a lot about "soft" factors.  I get the sense Wisconsin does.
