I think you might run the risk of burning yourself out...up to you though, if you think you have the mental stamina to handle it.  Good luck!

General Off-Topic Board / Re: Masturbating at work

In undergrad, i read some information about studies showing how working, studying, and thinking at work or school has a direct causal relationship with sexual arousal. I used to be studying in the library in undergrad and not be looking around or anything, reading some boring *&^% and would get so sexually aroused it blew my mind. i would suddenly become very afraid to move in my chair for fear of what i might do to myself. Same thing at work. I'd actually be working, doing my *&^%, writing up a report or something and i would experience this crazy response. But it's not like it was just a few times. It's fairy consistent. I wonder what it is about reading karl marx and reading the results of a polygraph that does it for me.   ???

The same damn thing has happened to me!  Studying, not at work (though I am, VERY CAREFULLY, typing this at work now).  I think it's just bordom.  Really funny though.

This is insane...this poost has been alive for over a year and has actually, by and large, managed to stay on topic.  How are people in such passionate hatred of Kaplan?  Oy.

Studying for the LSAT / October Re-takers, unite!

Hey all.  I know I'm pretty much a newbie (though I've been lurking for some time), but I have a little proposal.

As my score indicates (see below Wembley), I'm retaking the LSATs in October.  I wanted to form a study group with a bunch of other LSAT re-takers.  Those who took the test and want to figure out what they did wrong and how to correct it.  I don't know about others, but I need all the help I can get, and I've found that by helping others, I can better learn the material that I'm trying to learn to begin with.

I want to start a yahoo! group.  Something, ANYTHING, to help us re-takers.

Who wants in?  If yes, just respond or E-mail me, whatever.  We can figure out how to study, tests, give each other sample problems, etc.  ME WANT BETTER SCORE!

Who else does?  ;)

Choosing the Right Law School / How useful are calculators?
« on: July 07, 2004, 09:34:37 AM »
Hey all.  I was just wondering, how useful are those calculators that some websites have?  There's one on, something like that, that I think is fairly accurate, but I was just wondering what others thought.  Word.  Thanks all.

Congrats Green!  I would kill for that score!!!  Blasted 161...

Seriously, that's amazing, and with you're GPA, I bet you've got a great shot at some of the top schools...way to go.
