I have only received two alcohol violations within my state, but for the second one I received 14-days suspended jail time until my 22nd birthday. I'm not sure how big of a deal that is, but is there some sort of documentation I should provide in my addendum?

I blew a .01 BAC during one of the incidents and refused to admit, but was still charged and my second was a .07 BAC. While neither incidents involved a motor vehicle or any other crimes I still got a relatively harsh punishment due to the circumstances of that summer. Our city had four or five teens die of underage drinking and driving accidents and I feel the judge really turned into a hardass over the issue. Should any of these details be mentioned?

As always, Thanks.

Studying for the LSAT / Withdrawals on transcripts
« on: July 01, 2007, 09:01:17 PM »
I've taken two of them during my undergrad, one of which I retook and received a passing grade. My question is how these W's will affect my GPA or transcript? I know LSAC's stance is "Withdraw, Withdraw/Pass—only if the issuing school considers the grade nonpunitive" but how many schools consider these nonpunitive?

Maybe your pre-test atmosphere isn't very test-like? You are obviously more relaxed during a practice test, so maybe try making the pre-test situation more test-like.

P.S. The scale isn't why you did so differently, the fact that you did not mark the correct responses is the reason  ;)

Studying for the LSAT / Re: June 2007 Score Posted!

I don't get how some of you can act like you can't go anywhere with a score in the 150's. Get real. Everybody can't go to the top tier schools and there are many fine law institutions out there.

That said, I am very proud of my score and I'm going to my sister's bridal shower and getting very drunk to celebrate.
