I had on W on my transcript and LSDAS did not calculate it into my GPA.  Neither did my school.

Has anyone received any summer reading assignments from their school yet?

General Off-Topic Board / Re: ITT: Would you rather?

Would you rather:

Take the LSAT naked and have 5 points added to your score or just take it normally.

I would rather just take it normally!

Would you rather:  Be able to eat anything/as much as you want and not gain weight, or drink as much as you want and not get sick/hungover?

I have only been with my firm for a year and a half.  It has been love/hate at times, but I know I will look back and miss it.

Bump!   ;D  I had forgotten about this until I saw it mentioned in another thread.

Has anyone ever compiled a "Best Of?"

Temple / Re: Need help to decide if I should go to Temple?

Thanks to all for the advice... I am actually not interested in practicing in Cincinnati and the main reason I applied there was because my sibling lives there and is actually a 3L at Ucinn. Can you recommend any neighborhoods in Philly?

I will be starting law school at Temple in the fall.  There are people on here who probably know way more about various Philly neighborhoods than I do, but I found a Center City studio just east of Rittenhouse and really like it.  Most people I spoke to recommended either Center City, Old City (expensive though), Northern Liberties or Manayunk.  Also, for specific information on Philly check out forums, they have a section to ask for advice on neighborhoods, as well as maps of the city that are helpful for gaining persepctive on locations.

Law School Applications / Re: Teach for America as a soft factor

I think you could get a T14 with a 3.3/170-175, just not HYS, and maybe not Berkeley since they like high GPAs.  You can check LSN for more specifics though.  And of course throw in some T25 to be safe.
