Studying for the LSAT / Re: June LSAT Epilogue
« on: June 16, 2008, 04:09:23 PM »
Final Thoughts:  I annihilated the games section.  I killed it, then dug its body up and stabbed it through its heart with a silver dagger...  RC was pretty straightforward, the rest is up for grabs.  :D  Overall pretty confident of a 160+, will likely take again in October though--effin logic.

Pepperdine is a beast, 87 to 66 to 59!

I'm not going to post a screen shot because I'm at work and dont want to go through the hassle. Just take my word for it. I took the test in la.

sorry bb, but pics or it didn't happen.
Hey man, I offered a screen shot if someone would tell me how. If you aren't going to take me up on it, don't call me a liar. Or do. I went up 4 points and I don't really care right now. ha.

I never commented about you,  to take a screen shot hit the "print screen" key, save it in mspaint, upload it to tinypic.com and post the url here.  takes less than a minute.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: Discussion Group Schedule for June 2008 Test

which of our scheduled PT's will not come included in any of the "10 Test" books, and will thus need to be purchased seperately?

Download this: http://www.sendspace.com/file/fz9c1q

I made this when I was figuring out what PrepTest I still needed to order a few months ago.  The items bolded are the preptests you will need.  It is separated by various 10 PrepTest books... and which are in 2004 LSAT Deconstructed... You'll understand what I mean when you open it

It is possible. I work FT 8 - 5 with a lunch hour.  I never take the full lunch our because of how much work I have, but after work:

5:30 - 7:00pm - Gym/Free Time/Whatever
7:30 - 9:30/10 - Study
and you can always flip it.

and of course weekends are always free...

You can easily get 2-3 hours a day in. I am taking it in June as well. :D

Studying for the LSAT / Re: We're next! So who is taking in June?
« on: February 05, 2008, 01:22:15 PM »
Finally signed up for the June LSAT, I did not know it was in the afternoon, bonus!

I've gotta research the test site, but it looks like I am taking it at Eckard College in St. Pete, anyone else?

I am up for study group-ness.  I've responded to other study groups in the past, but they never seem to pan out.

All the tests can be downloaded for free online if you know where to look.

Link?

That is being lazy, srsly.

Just search on a few torrents.  I do not D/L them myself, personally, because I can afford the real tests, but just try a few torrent sites.  If you do not know any torrent sites, seriously just Google "Torrents" and dozens will pop up(ones requiring membership to access the torrents are usually the safest to D/L from, but I doubt the LSAC policies torrents like the RIAA does)

Dude, you don't have to be so condescending. All you had to say was torrent search online. This is the first time I hear about this, thats why I ask.

I don't think I was condescending.  I just checked and you have only been registered here since a few days ago, so I agree that is was unlikely you knew about torrents beforehand, but now you do.

To the OP:

http://www.lawschooldiscussion.org/prelaw/index.php/topic,74733.0.html
^ that post is there for a reason.

You want the Bibles(PowerScore Logical Reasoning Bible + PowerScore Logic Games Bible)
Powerscore's 2004 LSAT Deconstructed

ANY AND ALL PretTests issued by LSAC(Can be found on their site) the more recent the better.

--

Look on EBay, a lot of people sell 'bundles' with a bunch of PrepTests, the Bibles, and random LSAT prep stuff after they get their score or after the most recent LSAT.  Sometimes cheaper than buying everything seperately, and it wil lall arrive at once(massive shipping charges though, but since you are in Pakistan, shipping will already be pretty high if you order stuff from the US).

--

Never buy anything from Kaplan.  Ever.  (I did actually just buy the Kaplan Mastery Practice for kicks, so I'm withholding judgment on that particular book until I've worked through it, but I don't expect much...)
