Seconded, I am curious as well.

I don't think an appeal by the recommender is going to help tbh.  It is understood that a percentage of recs are actually written by the student, because recommenders are lazy shites.  But to write your own and then sign it yourself...  If you get accepted to ANY school, I will honestly be surprised.

I can not say I want to wish you luck, but I do feel really bad for what was obviously a huge error in judgment.

Rutgers-Camden!  With 10k Scholarship (based upon maintaining a 3.5 GPA ... which is pants).

Have you already been accepted to both?

Stetson usually gives money out when your LSAT is 160+.

I live and work in the legal field in Tampa and I can honestly say I know of no attorneys that attended Nova.  It is like a Stetson alumni meeting where I work.  They are also nationally recognized for their Mock Trial team.  And I've heard from an Emory law grad that competing on Stetson's Mock Trial team makes you golden. (Exaggeration I am sure)

Frankly, Stetson just has the better name recognition.  Especially in the Tampa/St. Pete area which I consider SoFla...

My status check just changed from "in review" to "decision made and will arrive by mail".  The fact that this happened within a matter of 3 hours leads me to think I may be auto-admit or auto-denial...  Which leads me to stress out.

This school is def one of my top choices and I am going nuts already. 

Question:  Would you call the school to find out the decision, or wait it out?
