I'm taking the Cal bar in February and I was wondering if I should get a tutor on top of the Kaplan bar review course I'm taking. It seems prudent given the incredibly high fail rate of the bar. Also, if I do, anybody got suggestions or ideas on how to find one? Thanks!

Anyone know of a good silent timer for the bar? A search on Amazon just gave me a bunch of timers and nothing tells you whether they are silent. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I don't think I have time to go and disable one so a timer that is silent out of the box would be best. Thanks!

Okay, so I'm signed up for the Barbri prep for the July bar. They've given me a schedule and it hasn't been all that helpful in charting out a specific schedule for me to follow. e.g. stuff to learn by X, topics to cover when not in class, and when to do what. Do you guys have any good sources for where to find a more specific study schedule I can then mod?

Does anyone have a sample they can give me of a LOR for the Bar Application? My LOR people don't know what to write and I can't seem to find any on the internet. Google just turns up fake results. Any help, sample, or guidelines would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I will be going to Pro Bono awards ceremony around lunch. Attorneys and judges will be honored for their work in the philanthropy. What would be an appropriate dress for such an event?
(I'm a woman so it's a little harder)

Does anyone know or have a sample letter requesting a stipulation? Preferably addressing the DA but not necessary. I've been given a task of drafting one but our office doesn't have a sample form for it. I already have the fact section, I'm just having trouble phrasing it cordially as I'm too used to writing demand letters. Any help would be much appreciated.

So I'm a 3L graduating in Spring and have no job prospects lined up at all. In light of that, paying for the bar exam is going to suuuuck. So here's my question: Are there any other sources of funding out there besides loans and firms that will possibly pay for Barbri and the Bar process? Any suggestions on where I should start to look?

I'm taking Real Estate Finance this semester with Prof. Douglas Grant. Does anyone have any hypos available for that class or the topic in general?

So I've read the book for immigration law (Legomsky) and I've gone to class. I just have NO freaking clue how to outline for this class. Our professor is a statutes heavy tester, and she told us the test is going to be pretty much like the hypos in the book, as in practically applying the statute to the situation. I really need an outline that does that. I'm usually a casebook heavy person and have been lost this whole semester regarding the immigration code. If someone could help me I would be forever grateful. Been trying to outline and I'm just flat out panicking. Never been so clueless about a subject before. Thanks in advance!
